| I bought this car last year at a seizure auction and it has spent most of its life at my mechanic/restorers garage. While this one was in the shop my father in law gave us a 75 stingray. I can no longer afford to spend money on both and since the 75 has some sentimental value I think that is the one I am going to keep. I have over $19k in this car and am ready to stop the bleeding. Car is located in Memphis,TN area. The engine block numbers match (Car VIN is 194379S712121) engine is stamped 9S7121121 VI220HY. The paint is not original and is the wrong color too (Paint code 983, Trim is Z04). The car will include a new set of reproduction sidepipes, mounting hardware, and reproduction fiberglass covers (not installed) and new steel rear spring. It will also include all the parts replaced (distributor, carb, door panels, seat covers, etc). It will need at least two tires soon. The headlights are a little flaky, the wipers do not work, the speedometer does not work, A/C does not work , blinkers/horn do not work, car smokes a little on start up, the tach does not work, the radio comes on but no speakers are installed. Rear tires are in good shape. Front tires are in poor shape. Overall paint is good but has a few imperfections (see pictures). The car is very drivable at this point but I am not sure how reliable it would be on a long trip.
